I don't get it. What's uniQgift™ all about?
uniQgift™ offers a new kind of gifting experience - for the giver as well as the recipient. Sometimes you don't have time to shop or you've simply run out of ideas for what to get. Rather than pick up something typical and generic, uniQgift™ lets you give the gift of choice with its variety of themed gift boxes, which include dining, wellness, outdoor activities and many other experiences that we have specially hand-picked. Your recipient then gets to choose exactly what they like from the box they receive. We make it easy with secure online ordering and delivery via our website, or you can choose to pick up a uniQgift™ box from our conveniently-located stores. You also never have to worry about gift wrapping as each uniQgift™ comes pre-packaged in an attractive box. It's a new (and better) way to gift!

I've just received a uniQgift box. What do I do with it?
Using your uniQgift™ is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. CHOOSE your uniQgift™ experience from the selection of service partners featured in the enclosed guide book.
2. RESERVE your gift experience directly with your chosen service partner by phone/email. Remember to mention that you hold a uniQgift™ certificate.
3. REDEEM your gift experience by presenting your completed uniQgift™ certificate to your chosen service partner on the day of your reservation. There is nothing extra to pay so enjoy!
Reservations and Redemptions

How do I make a reservation?
Once you have chosen a gift experience that you'd like to redeem (from the uniQgift™ guide book enclosed in your gift box), please call the service partner directly to make your reservation. You will find each service partner's contact details in the guide book. Remember to mention that you hold a uniQgift™ certificate when you make your reservation. We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible so that you have a better chance of securing your preferred date/time.

How many reservations/redemptions can I make using one uniQgift™ box?
You can only claim one package per uniQgift™ box using the single gift certificate that is included in each box.

What happens if I make a reservation and don't show up?
Your entitlement at our service partner establishments is similar to that of their other regular customers and subject to their terms and conditions. Once you have made a reservation, some service partners might ask for your credit card number as a guarantee. If you do not show up, and do not call ahead to inform them, this might be treated as a "no-show" and your credit card might be charged for the full amount of your gift experience, or you might be asked to give up your uniQgift™ certificate. We therefore strongly advise that you avoid a "no- show" situation or any last-minute changes to your reservation.

I have made a reservation but I need to change it. What do I do?
If you need to change the date/time of your reservation, please do so directly with the service partner as soon as possible. Any cancellation or amendment is subject to the terms and conditions of individual service partners.

Why does the service partner ask for my credit card number when I make a reservation?
Some service partners will ask for your credit card number when you call to make your reservation as a safeguard against "no-shows". If you need to change your reservation, please do so directly with the service partner as early as possible to avoid "no-show" charges or other penalties for last-minute changes.

What if my reservation is cancelled because of bad weather?
When the planned activity is affected by the weather or any unforeseen circumstances, please contact the service partner directly as soon as possible to work out an alternative.

Can I make my reservation at any time during the week?
Please refer to the guide books that is included in each uniQgift™ box for the opening hours of each service partner and their contact details.
Featured service partners are open for reservations during the week unless otherwise stated. -
Is there a guarantee that the date I want is available?
Your entitlement at our service partner establishments is similar to that of their other regular customers and subject to their terms and conditions. The service partner will offer alternatives in the event that your preferred date/time is not available.

Can I use my uniQgift™ certificate together with my family/children?
Not all uniQgift™ activities are suitable for children, so please refer to your enclosed guide book and contact the service partner directly for clarification. If your uniQgift™ reservation includes a hotel stay, some hotel service partners may offer you a larger room out of courtesy, but this is not guaranteed and extra costs may apply. Please clarify directly with your chosen service partner on their terms and conditions for redemption.
Validity and Exchanges

How long is the uniQgift™ certificate valid for?
Depending on the date of purchase, uniQgift™ certificates are usually valid for 6 to 18 months. The validity date is printed on both the uniQgift™ box packaging and on the enclosed uniQgift™ certificate itself.

Can I exchange my uniQgift™ box for another?
A: We like to keep our customers happy. If you'd like to exchange your uniQgift box™ for a different one, please send your original uniQgift™ certificate, together with a cheque* via registered mail to:

*Please note that your cheque has to cover the administrative charge of $20 for each uniQgift™ box that you exchange, as well as a $10 standard delivery fee per box. If you are exchanging your uniQgift™ box for one of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that we do not provide refunds if the value of the new uniQgift™ box is lower than that of the exchanged box. -
I forgot about my uniQgift™ certificate and it has now expired. What do I do?
Each uniQgift™ box is sold with at least 6 months' validity on the enclosed gift certificate. If you have bought a uniQgift™ box as a gift for someone, remember to give it to them early so they can enjoy the full validity period of their gift. If you are the recipient of a uniQgift™ box, do make and redeem your reservation as soon as possible. uniQgift™ does not provide refunds for any expired gift certificates.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely. We use PayPal as our primary payment gateway and all transactions are secured using SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

I have a complaint about one of your service partners. Whom do I contact?
uniQgift™ will investigate any complaint against any of our service partners. Please send your feedback to: feedback@uniqgift.com, providing us with as much detail as possible.

Who is liable for any injuries or incidents that might occur whilst participating in any of the activities featured in the uniQgift™ boxes?
At uniQgift™, we do our best to ensure the highest standards in our selection of service partners. As agent, however, uniQgift™ is not liable for any injuries or incidents that might occur at a service partner extablishment. Your entitlement and liability at our service partner establishments is similar to that of their other regular customers and subject to their terms and conditions. If in doubt, please contact your chosen service partner directly for clarification.

Are there any other additional or hidden costs that I have to pay on top of the price of the uniQgift™ box?
No, you do not need to pay anything extra as the retail price of each uniQgift™ box already includes the total package featured in the guide book. Please note, however, that expenses incurred for transportation, changes to reservations, extra services etc are not included. Also, if you are ordering a uniQgift™ experience online for delivery, delivery fees will be charged separately too.

Are there corporate packages for businesses?
Yes! uniQgift™ offers a range of customised experience boxes that can be personalised with your corporate logo and message. We offer packages for companies both small and large. If I order a uniQgift™ online, how many days will it take to be delivered?
uniQgift™ provides several delivery options for orders sent to addresses within Singapore as follows:
Express delivery (1 working day*) at $8 + $2 for each additional item
Urgent delivery (4h to 6h within the same working day*) at $12 + $2 for each additional item* for orders placed before 12pm
For "express delivery", orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within two working days
For "urgent delivery", orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next working day before 2pm.

Can a uniQgift™ box be delivered directly to a recipient?
Yes, when you are ordering a uniQgift™ box online, the delivery address can be different from the billing address. In addition, you have the option of adding a short personalised message to the recipient when you place your order.
