Reservations and Redemption:

Once you have chosen a gift experience that you'd like to redeem, please call the service partner directly to make your reservation or follow the instructions on our website. You will find each service partner's contact details in the gift certificate and on the website. Remember to mention that you hold a UNIQGIFT certificate when you make your reservation. We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible so that you have a better chance of securing your preferred date/time.

Validity and Exchanges:

The validity date is printed on both the UNIQGIFT gift certificate packaging and on our website.

If you have bought a UNIQGIFT gift certificate as a present for someone, remember to give it to them early so they can enjoy the full validity period of their gift. If you are the recipient of a UNIQGIFT gift certificate, do make and redeem your reservation as soon as possible. UNIQGIFT does not provide refunds for any expired gift certificates.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for experiences on UNIQGIFT.
