I am unable to redeem my Voucher.

Your Voucher might have expired – please check the expiry date printed on the voucher. Your voucher might also have been utilized, even if there is no used status on the voucher. If you need to check on the status of your voucher, please contact us.

My Voucher has expired, what should I do?

Vouchers that are expired cannot be extended or replaced.

I have not received my Voucher, can it be resent to me?

Please contact the issuing organization if you have not yet received Vouchers you are expecting.

 

Q4

I changed my mobile phone number and/or email address and can no longer access my vouchers. Can you resend it to my new mobile number and/or email address?

Please contact the organization that awarded you with the voucher if you would like it to be resent to you. Do note that we are unable to reactivate used or expired vouchers.

Can I use my Voucher immediately after I receive it?

Yes, however, please refer to the terms and conditions stated on your Voucher.

My purchase amount exceeds my Voucher value, can I top up the difference?

Yes, however, please refer to the terms and conditions stated on your Voucher.

Can I give my Voucher to someone else?

Yes, your Voucher is transferrable.

Do I need to print out my voucher?

No, you do not need to print the voucher, however for your convenience you may wish to make a screen-shot of the voucher or save it to your mobile phone’s wallet if this feature is available.
